With a typical Pickup and Delivery Service we will come to your Home or Office to pick up your computer. We will gather details about the problem your computer is having, unplug all the wires for you, taking note of any special connectors that you may have, and let you know if the symptoms you are experiencing indicate any hardware problems. We then take it back to our shop and get to work!
First we blow away years of dust buildup, then diagnose your computer hardware. Once we get it up and running then the Virus and Spyware Computer Cleanup begins! Once your computer is cleaned up, we put protection on it to keep your computer from getting infected again. We will show you how to run your protection utilities when we deliver and plug up your computer.
